The hotel had a charming old-world ambiance with antique furnishings and William Morris curtains. The staff were warm and friendly, providing a welcoming atmosphere. The bar with its open fires was cozy and inviting. The breakfast offered a good selection, and the location overlooking the harbor provided beautiful views.

    Nothings.

The location was great and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms had a good view of the sea, which was mesmerising to watch and hear. The decor of the hotel was unique and full of oddities and antiques, which added to its charm.

The hotel room furniture was extremely tired and wobbly, and the bathroom was very compact and not suitable for larger guests. The room was not cleaned properly during our stay, and the floor was not hoovered well.

This hotel offers great value for money, considering its fantastic location right by the sea in Exmoor National Park. The rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable beds and stunning views of the harbour. The attention to detail is evident, with five mirrors in the room and a big 4-poster bed. The staff provide excellent service and the breakfast is delicious, with crispy bacon.

    Everything was just right.

This hotel is a hidden gem, perfectly located right by the sea in a charming coastal village. The attention to detail is exceptional, with antique furnishings that add to the character of the hotel. The staff are friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a separate single bed for extra convenience. We loved having a harbour view from our room, and the hotel's quay front terrace was the perfect spot to sit and watch the boats go by. The breakfast was delicious, with crispy bacon that was cooked to perfection.

    Everything was just right.

This hotel is a hidden gem on the coast of Exmoor National Park, right by the sea with a very good pub next door. The location is absolutely stunning, with a wonderful view over the harbour. The staff are friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The rooms, especially those with a harbour view, are cozy and comfortable, and the big 4-poster bed adds a touch of luxury. Breakfast is delicious, with crispy bacon that hits the spot.

All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

Beautiful location and top-notch service. The hotel has a lot of character and charm with its antique décor and comfortable furnishings. The rooms offer stunning views and are well presented. The food was first-rate and the staff were super attentive and friendly.

The bathroom, though functional, needed some TLC with broken floor tiles and a shower with no thermostatic control. The dining room was not well maintained and could use some updates.
